Eastside Village Realty proudly represents Eastside Village Retirement Community. We gladly cater to our residents, whom we consider extend family. This is our home! We are very pleased to have the opportunity to welcome you into our community, our family and our hearts.
Eastside Village Realty, Inc. and Eastside Village began hand-in-hand back in 1985 as a manufactured home park consisting of forty four properties. Our horizons and real estate offerings broadened in 1989 when we began construction of custom - site built, homes scattered over more than 260 lots. With more than 15 different models to choose from in all sizes and ranging from 2 bed / 1 bath to 4 bed / 3 bath homes.
We pride ourselves as being the "Best Retirement Community anyone could live in". Eastside Village Realty is an active member of both the Chamber of Commerce and the Columbia County Board of Commissioners.
We are concerned about the lives of our residents and clients and happily make ourselves available to them round the clock and throughout the year.
